The training required includes overhead buoyancy control, new finning techniques, optional laying safety line, and the proper use of light. The program can be completed wearing a single-cylinder with either a pony cylinder or H/Y valve. You will earn the SSI Advanced Wreck Diving Specialty certification at the end.

The minimum age for this program is 15-years-old. An Open Water and Wreck certification is a prerequisite. 1 academic session is included along with 1 pool/confined water session and 2 open water dives. The maximum training depth varies with age and the suggested duration is 6-10 hours.
