Diver Stress and Rescue
Stress is a major cause of diving accidents and can negatively impact a rescue situation.

This program teaches you the skills required to recognize and deal with stress, prevent accidents and properly deal with emergency diving situations. You'll earn the SSI Diver Stress and Rescue Specialty certification after completing this program.
The minimum age is 12-years-old. Open Water Diver certification is required and students must have proof of current training within two years of First Aid and CPR. Two academic sessions are included, along with two pool/confined water sessions (and another optional one) and three open water dives. Maximum training depth is 30 meters/100 feet. The suggested duration is 10-15 hours.
